Located in the serene bushland setting on Lake Macquarie at Murrays Beach makes it an idyllic place to escape to for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Our Artisan Roaster and Coffee Specialist Rosco worked with Stephen and Karen to select the best machine and beans to suit their needs. The Red Parrot selection had to be just right to meet the needs and expectations of customers to the newly built and modern restaurant.
Red Parrot’s Queen of Coffee Katie spent Opening Day – Friday and again on Saturday at the restaurant training staff on all things, coffee. Karen’s words – Katie is amazing.
