You can hear her before you see her – The Queen of Coffee; Katie!
Katie has been at Espresso Bar from the very beginning. She says, “You are family when you drink at Parrot Espresso Bar. You will have an experience like no other”. The sign on the Espresso Bar wall says it all – “Katie is great”.
Katie also says, “I am fortunate to be a part of the Red Parrot family. I am definitely in my element working alongside some of the best in the coffee business. We have made a name for ourselves, and we will continue to do so.”
When Katie is not roasting, managing the Espresso Bar or pumping out delicious coffees, she is educating people about everything coffee. Her love and passion for coffee are quite clear. She is dedicated and her knowledge is exceptional.
When not working, Katie studies at University and in her spare time, she is either with her dogs, or travels with her partner drinking, experiencing and talking all things coffee. Our Parrot Espresso Bar/Red Parrot Coffee resident coffee expert.
