AUSTIN COOPER – WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
Austin started with Red Parrot Coffee in a casual role and quickly became a valued member of the team, who now works as a full-time employee.
His duties at Red Parrot Coffee are to ensure that the warehouse is organised and clean. Austin has an innovative approach, looking for new ways to increase the productivity and functionality of the warehouse. He has set up stock systems for easy identification of supplies for quick turnaround of orders to wholesale and retail customers.
Austin has been trained in multiple aspects of the business to assist co-workers when necessary, in the cafe as a Barista, taking customers orders, grinding and packing coffee. He also helps with deliveries and restocking convenience stores merchandise stands as needed and machine deliveries.
In his spare time, he is an aspiring actor, who has been involved in the local theatre community for 11 years, appearing in many local performances with the latest in Shawshank Redemption playing the role of a prison guard.
